Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) today launched a new Coronavirus Live Q&A series on Facebook where he hosts special guests to discuss issues impacting the district bringing the resources and information directly to constituents. Davis was joined today by Illinois Farm Bureau President Richard Guebert to discuss the impact Coronavirus is having on agriculture.
On Monday, Davis is scheduled to hostDr. John Vozenilek, OSF Healthcare, to discuss their new Pandemic Health Worker Program to provide tele-health to those with COVID-19 symptoms or those who are at greater risk of contracting the disease.

Last week, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced it will begin sending aid provided by the CARES Act to farmers. The USDA will provide$16 billion in direct payments for farmers and ranchers, funded using the $9.5 billion emergency program secured in the CARES Act and $6.5 billion remaining in Credit Commodity Corporation (CCC) funding.
