U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis (R-Ill.) has teamed up this summer with John Deere, the United Auto Workers (UAW), and Illinois Manufacturing Association (IMA) to deliver face shields to local nursing homes and first responders. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face shields are vital to protecting residents, caretakers, and first responders from the Coronavirus. In June they delivered face shields to twelve different organizations. Today they delivered hundreds more to three different organizations (photos below).
